An order is normally sent 1-2 working days after an order is placed.
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the stock balance is not correct on the webshop, then it can take 1-2 weeks before it is shipped.
Once an order is sent, it usually takes 2-5 days before it arrives at the selected agent.
