How the rope is made
The walking rope has 10 hand loops, 70 cm apart. Between the loops the two halves of the rope are braided together. Each loop is 15 cm, big enough for a hand in a mitten.

About RunLock
RunLock is a braided polyester rope whose two halves open into loops and are braided together in between. On the standard rope the loops come every few centimetres; on the walking rope they are 70 cm apart.
